All Credit bureaus broke federal law and violated my consumer 's rights. XXXX, XXXX, 2022, I written a letter to All three bureaus to remove the accounts listed in my letter due to the fact there is no written consent from me ( consumer ) to place the accounts on my consumer profile. XXXX XXXX Never sent me any results from the first round of letters I mailed out to credit bureaus Violation 1- 15 USC 1681 ( b ) Permissible Purpose- A consumer must provide written instructions to the CRA on what is needed to be reported on a consumer report. The CRA do not have a written consent from consumer for the accounts listed on the consumer report. XXXX, XXXX I sent another letter out to request the method of verification from the credit bureaus but No one provided the information I requested. Equifax, XXXX and not even XXXX XXXX responded to may request. Violation 2- 15 USC 1681a ( e ) - Request of Method of Verification was not provided by the bureaus. As consumer, I have the right to know what method was use to conduct an investigation by the CRAs. There are collection reporting on my consumer report that I did not give any consent to have my personal information. This is a violation of my right of privacy. Violation 3- 15 USC 1681a- consumer have the right for privacy.
