My name is XXXX XXXX, an agent for principal XXXX XXXX, a federally protected consumer, holder in due course, and attorney in fact. I am making this complaint against Transunion XXXX XXXX for engaging in inaccurate credit reporting. I am also aware that consumer reporting agencies MUST report fair and accurate credit reporting. Inaccurate consumer reports directly impair the efficiency of the banking system, and unfair credit reporting methods undermine public confidence which is essential to the continued functioning of the banking system. Transunion XXXX XXXX are required to undergo reasonable procedures to ensure confidentiality, accuracy, relevancy, and proper utilization of such information which were not done. I am aware that my reflected accounts should report 100 % accuracy across the board and that both Transunion XXXX XXXX have a grave responsibility for doing so. Because of this, I am demanding that XXXX XXXX Transunion either remove the account or report this account the same as XXXX. I am aware of the wrongful doings that have transpired and because of this XXXX XXXX Transunion have clearly violated the law.
