I went to the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX back in 2019 because I was going through the worse time of my life with my XXXX where I thought something was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and come to find out nothing was stuck the doctor just looked in my mouth with a flash light and I was told nothing was there and my visit was over and here it is 3 years later I have a collection on my credit report from them because they billed my insurance for a procedure that was not done
