The problem with this account is that it was shared without my consent to the credit bureaus not that there is any inaccuracy. XXXX does not have my written consent to share this account and they are continuing to do so. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, XXXX is in violation of my rights, this corporation is reporting transactions ( payment history ) on my consumer report. According to 15 U.S.C 1681 2A paragraph 1 states, any report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report is EXCLUDED from the consumer report. 15 USC 1681 also states that I have the right to privacy, with this account being shared to the bureaus this violates my privacy rights.
