Furthermore, I did not give Transunion permission to include this information on my credit report. This is a violation of Section 1681b ( c ) of the Credit Reporting Act, which constitutes fraudulent activity, as well as a serious violation of my privacy rights. Please confirm this information with these companies and send me copies of any documentation associated with these accounts that bears my signature authorizing an inquiry.
