Auto loans or leases Total balance : {$16000.00} XXXX XXXX XXXX Balance {$16000.00} Updated on XX/XX/XXXX I started a lease with XXXX XXXX for a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX. By XX/XX/XXXX there was a serious retread tire problem on this new vehicle and I almost had a serious car accident. This happened within the first 30 miles of driving this vehicle. To make a long story short, The XXXX XXXX Elder Law Attorney sent the dealership 1 letter and I was given the option of being release from the loan and by XX/XX/XXXX this auto loan was resent. All docs were signed and my deposit was returned buy XX/XX/XXXX. Release of liability and other DMV docs are attached. I called XXXX XXXX Friday, XX/XX/XXXX to find out why the XXXX loan is still on my credit report, they told me that the account was closed out and it would take 3 business day to be corrected on my credit report. XXXX XXXX XXXX is still on my credit report and my XXXX has already denied me for a car loan. Moved here ( XX/XX/XXXX ) to XXXXXXXX XXXX to work but can not work until I get an Auto. This credit auto loan with XXXX XXXX is closed on their end but is creating a problem plus hinders me from buying a new vehicle. Please help me, I am a senior and do not need this headache.
