In XXXX, an account with XXXX XXXX XXXX was settled and deleted from my credit file. I was listed as charged off and was reporting erroneous late payments on my Equifax credit report. For 2 years I disputed the information because the payment history was incorrect. In XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX admitted to their errors and requested from ALL THREE CREDIT AGENCIES that the information be completely deleted from my credit file. XXXX and XXXX did this immediately. Equifax willfully ignored the demands, even after my disputes and notifications from XXXX XXXX XXXX. After 4 requests the information was removed in XX/XX/XXXX, but Ive incurred humiliation, defamation and denials due to their willful negligence. Their lack of due diligence has caused harm to my person and my family. Had they done their jobs entirely and VALIDATED AND VERIFIED the information, it should have been removed after the erroneous information was reported in XXXX. My consumer rights have been violated! FCRA SECTION 623-FAILURE TO REPORT DEBT AS DISPUTED FCRA SECTION 623-DEFAMATION< WILLFUL INJURY FCRA SECTION 611 ( A ) -FAILURE TO RESPONDS It is THE OBLIGATION of the Credit Reporting Agency to report accurately and EQUIFAX HAS FAILED ONCE AGAIN XXXX I attempted to remedy this situation via certified mail on XX/XX/XXXX, to no avail. I have resent an additional notice.
