Comenity Bank for my Ulta MasterCard. I've been unable to login for the last week ( end of XX/XX/2022 through today XX/XX/XXXX ) or use EasyPay or get through by phone to make a payment. The company has communicated poorly regarding their attempts to solve the problem, and I'm concerned my inability to access their site to make my payment will negatively and erroneously affect my credit, which may be cumbersome and burdensome for me to correct when the mistake is theirs. Upon regaining access, I will be paying the account off in full and closing it permanently.
