My monthly payment for my XXXX XXXX XXXX was due on XX/XX/2022. I tried logging on to my Comenity account via the XXXX app. There was no option to sign in and make a payment. I tried accessing their " Easy Pay '' feature, but all I got was a blank screen after loading. I contacted XXXX via XXXX to find out what was going on. They suggested I call the number on the back of my card. I have tried calling four times. Each time, there would be a ring then dead air, followed by an automated message saying my call couldn't be completed due to technical difficulties. There is literally NO way to make a payment. And Comenity is responding to complaints with a blanket statement, and saying that they have no idea when their online system will be running again.
