XXXX XXXX XXXX is reporting a charge off in an amount of XXXX. Yet at the time this loan was paid off by my insurance company - there is GAP insurance that was purchased through the dealership to cover the difference between what the insurance paid out and what remained. Yet this company after just 1 delinqincy ( which occurred when the insurance company was processing the payout of the loan_ charged off the account in the amount of XXXX knowing that GAP insurance would cover this amount. I have called multiple times written multiple letters in regards to this, yet they do not give any documentation as to what happened in regards to this. Also, I have attached the account details on their website which does not even show they charged off the account. They also failed to provide me any signed original contract when asked to verify the debt XX/XX/XXXX and failed to provide any billing statements after XX/XX/XXXX. They also did not provide any disclosures stating my rights under 15 U.S. Code 6802. There are so many violations here creating a HARDSHIP on my life from being approved from future lenders. This account needs to be removed from all three credit bureaus.
