On XX/XX/2022, I sent a handwritten letter to Equifax for a dispute of 4 collections that were on my account. In that request I asked them to fully verify the disputed items within 30 days and send me an updated copy of my credit report once the investigation is finished. They only sent me and updated copy of my credit report and said that the accounts were verified with no actual proof of it. On XX/XX/2022, I sent in another letter to Equifax a for a dispute of the 4 collections that were on my account. In that request I asked if they can provide the original contracts for the items that I previously disputed for, fully verify the items, and to please deleted the account that they can't provide the original contracts for. I haven't received an update or anything about the investigation from Equifax. XXXX sent me an updated stating that they deleted an account with an updated credit report but they didn't provide me with the contracts that " verified ''.
