I have tried now for nearly a year to get Experian to impute my personal statement on my credit file and they refuse to do so! I have also asked them to explain why they continue to report too many consumer finance company account and not tell me what this is and why its showing on my credit report. It NEVER showed before until AFTEr I paid off all my debt. All of a sudden. I have sent numerous letters requested my 100 word statement be inputted in my credit report and Experian simply sends me a report with a note that they don't understand my request. Its ridiculous! My note clearly states Here is my 100 word statement to be inserted in my file as written. I don't understand how hard that is to understand.
