On XX/XX/2022, I closed on my house, however, I received three payoff amounts from my servicing company Lakeview LoanXXXX Servicing, LLC within 30 days. I am not sure what the actual payoff amount was because a month later, I am being sued by the buyer closing attorney for deficiency mortgage payoff for a few thousands dollars and my servicing company has not been able or willing to clearly explain what happen per the attached documents even though they sent me a certificate of satisfaction for the loan amount of {$230000.00} with a account history showing the accepted payoff was {$230000.00}. Yet, in an email from XXXX XXXX, I was told the payoff was {$230000.00}. The original quoted payoff check was supposedly returned but does not show what the shortage amount is from the servicing company. There is nothing in the account history showing the received check or the wired amount of {$230000.00} sent to XXXX XXXX to whom I did not have a mortgage with. I contacted XXXX XXXX Executive Office and they could not give me any information as my mortgage did not belong to them. None of the numbers adds up. I wrote to my servicing company on XX/XX/2022, they responded on XX/XX/2022. My current mortgage with the same servicing has been showing short and late for the inception of the loan, however, they did claim to " waive '' late fees that was never late on XX/XX/2022, yet, the last statement still shows unpaid, late fees, etc. Explain why they recently took {$37.00} from the refunded insurance addressed to me if they had been paid off on XX/XX/2022. I feel like I have been subjected to fraudulent behavior and unethical practice by the servicing company and the buyer 's attorney. When I recently read the XXXX complaints about Lakeview LoanXXXX, I only wish I had read them sooner and not listen to the agent to finance with them.
