My mortgage loan account credit reporting is reporting the mortgage account as " An Account With Adverse Information ''. My understanding is that this is inconsistent with the CARES Act. I have recently modified my VA mortgage after Covid-deferment and mortgage modification. I have fulfilled my obligations every step of the way. I have made the last four principal & interest payments early. This is not showing on my credit reports even though I have uploaded proof. My understanding is that the VA is behind on their paperwork and they owe my mortgage company a check for {$9800.00}. Well & good, but it isn't appropriate for there to be negative information on my credit report on that basis. Put the negative information on the VA 's credit report, by gum. Please see my uploaded and / or US Posted documentation which I have long since provided to the credit reporting bureaux. I am in process of restructuring my insolvent finances, so this incorrect credit reporting, which dropped my scores by about 150 points, could literally have life & death effects on me.
