Hello, I have repeatedly left voicemails with the dispute litigation and complaint team being promised numerous times on a recorded line i would get a call within 3 days. I call every week, have over 120 hours on my phone records of outbound calls and ZERO returned calls. This is a PERFECT example of WILLFUL & INTENTIONAL fcra violations which adds punitive damages ontop of actual, statutory, and legal. The several issues im trying to get fixed are : 1 ) They have blocked me from obtaining my report from ALL possible ways. Online, over the phone and mail, also even on third party websites like annualcreditreport.com and various other sites. This is a clear violation under the fcra which they are by law required to provide and intentionally refusing. 2 ) They are refusing to add a credit freeze, again a law provided by the fcra. 3 ) They have refused to remove 2 inquiries from identify theft after numerous certified mail disputes, disputes on recorded calls and through email. 4 ) Transunion has engaged in consumer fraud, unjust enrichment, false advertising with giving me free 1 year subscriptions that repeatedly fail and bill me illegally. ONLY ONE DEPT is allowed to speak to me, and they only have a voicemail and for 6 months, over 317 calls, since XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX, they have WILLFULLY AND INTENTIONALLY IGNORED AND REFUSED TO CALL. I emailed their general counsel, and several of their internal attorneys, all who have ignored this and acted in bad faith, violating their ethics to the bar by intentionally preventing me from having any access or control of my reports.
