I sent a dispute letters to XXXX, Transunion and XXXX asking for this company to remove some personal information that was absolutely devastating to my reputation. They have records information on my report that wasn't told to me or acknowledged by me to report of erroneous information such as charge offs of accounts that still have a balance. I believe XXXX has violate my consumer rights and violated my privacy. The accounts that I'm referring to is XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX. I have ask for them remove these accounts and they stated it was verified. How so, if I wasn't told about the information that was given to them to be true. The information they have is not factual. As per the FCRA any information that I didnt give authorization is supposed to be excluded XXXX have been getting denied from trying to get a home. Please help me have them fix this grave error by removing these negative remarks.
