I recently received a notice on my credit report from " Radius Global solutions '' with the creditor being " XXXX ''. I can not get in touch with radius global solutions, and havent seen any paper bill from them. I had XXXX XXXX for about 4 weeks before I cancelled it because it was incredibly slow. Come to find out, the con-artist like sales person who sold me the plan told me i would get 100 mbps and be able to have 10 devices on the network actually sold me a plan that wasnt available in my area. The plan I actually got, was only 25 mbps, with only 6 devices allowed. XXXX credited back all of the unused days because i paid for the month in full, and she told me my balance was XXXX, and it was closed at that point as i no longer wanted their services. I never carried a balance on the account after that. This was taken care of 2 years ago, removed off my credit report in 2021, and now its coming back up because XXXX wont confirm with Radius Global Solutions that i do not owe it. They simply notate my account that i do not owe it, and then tell me that i have to take it up with Radius global solutions.
