I reached out to XXXX, Equifax and XXXX via certified mail starting XXXX after pulling my credit reports to update incorrect information on my credit report. One of the accounts in dispute was for XXXX XXXX XXXX and showed as a repossession on my credit file with all three major credit bureaus. For over a year now, XXXX XXXX XXXX continues to " verify the account as accurate '' without providing me the documents necessary to validate this account. This account is not mine however the credit bureaus insist on accepting the false verification from XXXX XXXX XXXX without any documents proving the validity of the account. I have sent XXXX letters ( On XXXX XXXX, on XX/XX/2021 and on XX/XX/2021 ) and XXXX XXXX XXXX has refused and or ignored my requests for proper documentation representing this account is accurate and of my responsibility, yet they report it as such.
