To whom it may concern, after several attempts with the agency in which they still choose to ignore my request, I am requesting that the following information in my file be deleted & removed I am a victim of identity theft because someone took advantage of me leaving my ID at my old address before I moved out along with other documents such as my social security card And have opened several accounts over the years and my credit score is being greatly impacted by this companies refusal to delete. I have sent my identity theft report to them via certified mail also have tried to upload it via online service, but the system keeps saying error that I reported to the Federal Trade Commission, and I also enclosed copies of the Federal Trade commission identity Theft Affidavit. Please Delete the items as soon as possible. Based on, 15 U.S. Code 1681c-2 a consumer reporting agency shall block the reporting of any information in the file of a consumer that the consumer identifies as information that resulted from an alleged identity theft not later than 4 business days after the date of Receipt. it has been over 4 days and you are now in VIOLATION of this law because I am a victim of identity theft.
