Experian removed XXXX XXXX account on my credit report due to it being a fraudulent account, due to myself providing supporting documentation being a FTC report and a police report. On XX/XX/2022 Experian reinserted the XXXXXXXX XXXX account back on my credit report stating that XXXX XXXX requested the account be reinserted. Experian did not follow the law in regards to the Federal Credit Act ensuring that they sent documentation within 5 business days of the reasoning of the XXXX XXXX account being reinstated to my credit report. Also XXXX XXXX did not provide any supporting documentation of validating the account. The FRCA law has been broken by Experian and XXXX XXXX
