I've been attempting to get a replacement card from fortiva credit card for months now. I now have to reach out to you guys because fortiva credit card company has been screwing me around with a replacement card for months. I believe it all started back in XXXX maybe XXXX and I had reached out here and there in attempts to get my card replaced I'm very upset I am a XXXX vet who served in the XXXX XXXX I'm diagnosed with XXXX and XXXX XXXX syndrome. The last thing I wanted as a small business owner is to be ignored by my credit card company where we have a contract for services. It is now come to a point where I have to involve the CFPB to get to comply with the original contract. I have made attempts to resolve this with them in the past but the only documentation I have is on the XXXX of XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX. In between those dates I had also made two phone calls, unfortunately I do not recall those dates. Thank you
