I went to a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX Texas on XX/XX/XXXX. The representative XXXX from XXXX XXXX through pressure selling convinced us to apply for credit in the event we decided to purchase from them. Because of the high pressure selling we left the show. She messaged us late advising us that she could take our financial information over the phone. She messaged us back on XX/XX/XXXX ( Sunday ), to see if we were still interested. She later called us back on XXXX XXXX and stated that since we had gone to XXXXXXXX XXXX which she was a representative, she could take our financial information over the phone. We were approved for XXXX not knowing anything about Greensky. She had told us that the hot tub we were initially looking at would be {$160.00} a month through this lender. She sent documents to be XXXX, but because I had not received financial details I did not complete or sign the documents. She contacted us on XX/XX/XXXX inquiring if we had signed the documents. I explained that I had questions regarding the loan and contract. On XX/XX/XXXX she texted me the number to Greensky. The representative was rude and unprofessional and told me that I would receive documents in the mail. I received the documents today XX/XX/XXXX. I have never signed anything with Greensky, and i now have a loan for {$15000.00} paying {$200.00} for 113 months costing me {$9000.00} over the life of the loan which will total {$24000.00}. The cost APR for credit is 9.99 %.
