I have a loan with freedomfinancialnetwork.com and I am currently 29 days past due. I attempted to make a payment via the online portal and it would only allow me to make a payment on XXXX when today is XXXX. I realized this would put me 30 days past due. I called their customer support line to find out what alternative means there was to get the payment in today XXXX or tomorrow XXXX. I was informed there was no means other than their system which sets the payment posting date 2 days after a payment is made. They do not offer any other means such as a money order via next day delivery service, XXXX or XXXX XXXX where the funds are guaranteed to credit the same or the next day even though they will accept the payments.
