In accordance with the FCRA the account ( s ) below have violated my rights XXXX XXXX - Account XXXX XXXX XXXX - Account XXXXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX Account XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Account XXXX 15 USC 1681 section602 A, states I have a right to privacy 15 USC 1681 section604 A, section 2 states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instruction 15 USC 1681c ( a ) ( 5 ) section states no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following item ( s ) information, any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than 7 years 15 USC 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 1 ) a person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any reporting agency if the person knows of has reasonable cause to believe the information is inaccurate 15 USC 1681 ( i ) section ( 2-a ), A procedure in case of disputed accuracy - ( 5 ) ( a ) ) treatment of inaccurate or unverifiable information ; if after any reinvestigation under paragraph ( 1 ) of any information disputed by a consumer, an item of the information is found to be inaccurate OR incomplete OR can not be verified the reporting agency shall ( i ) promptly delete that item of information from the file of the consumer OR modify that item of information, as appropriate, based on results of the reinvestigation and ( ii ) notify the furnisher of that information has been modified or deleted from the file of the consumer. 15 USC 1681s-2 Responsibilities of furnishers of information to consumer reporting agencies ( a ) ( e ) after receiving a notice of dispute from a consumer pursuant to subparagraph ( D ), the person that provided the information in dispute to a consumer reporting agency shall ( 1 ) conduct an investigation with respect to the disputed information, ( ii ) review all relevant information provided by the consumer with the notice ; ( iii ) complete such persons investigation of the dispute and report the results of the investigation to the consumer before the expiration of period under section 1681 ( a ) ( 1 ) of this title within a consumer reporting agency would be required to complete its action if the consumer had elected to dispute the information under that section and ; ( iv ) if the investigation finds that the information was reported inaccurate, promptly notify each consumer reporting agency to which the person furnished the inaccurate information of that determination and provide to the agency any correction to that information that is necessary to make the information provided by the person accurate.
