Since XXXX I have sent Equifax information to have XXXX Inquiries removed from my report that is not mine. - I disputed the information originally on XX/XX/XXXX and it came back verified. Which shows they never truly investigated these inquiries. - I sent in 3 letters via mail and they proceed to state they haven't received them. I sent certified mail the XXXX time on XX/XX/XXXX and it was received on the XXXX of XXXX. The XXXX time I sent regular mail as I didn't want to continue to pay extra. I have verified the address several times with them and it's the address they have received things at previously. After XXXX attempts by mail ( XXXX being sent on XX/XX/XXXX ) and my letter is not being " received ''. I spoke with someone about the problem of it not being received and they told me to send it via fax. I have tried that 4 times now and have not received anything back from them and the removal has still not happened. EACH TIME I HAVE SENT MY LETTER, FTC REPORT, AND ID and SSC. I have sent everything needed to have these taken care of and Equifax continues to avoid and lose XXXX letters I have sent to them. This is absolutely going against the Fair Credit Reporting Act and needs to be resolved. If not I do plan on filing a lawsuit at this point.
