XXXX, Equifax and XXXX are reporting inaccurate information on my credit report. This account was in litigation due to deception and predatory lending practices. On XX/XX/2022 XXXX XXXX XXXX notified the Court to DISMISS this case XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/2022 Judge ordered XXXX XXXX XXXX to remove this account from my credit reports. XXXX XXXX XXXX states they will remove this account upon receipt of this letter they already received. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, is reporting inaccurate information on my credit report which has violated my rights. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. This collection account also violated my FDCPA and FCRA Rights under 1681i ( a ) e ( b ). In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act requires only accurate information be reported. A collection agency can no longer report you owe money when a court of law says otherwise.
