Process server pounded on my door after dark on XX/XX/XXXX. Left notice to contact them to deliver a civil summons docket number XXXX for XXXX XXXX credit card debt that I was unable to pay due to losing my job during Covid. Money judgement says {$4100.00} plus court and post judgment interest. The court date on the summons was altered and a federal holiday. I have tried to reach a settlement with XXXX XXXX Jacob Law Group, but can not get any written documentation or return phone calls. Threatening language and intimidation tactics were used. I researched Jacob Law Group and XXXX and found they have countless complaints. Jacob Law Group was sued by the United States in XXXX and ordered to stop deceiving consumers and ordered to pay {$790000.00} in restitution for consumers. I simply want to reach a settlement in a professional manner, receive supporting written and legal documentation and have them delete this from credit bureau reporting. When I asked XXXX XXXX with Jacob Law Group for documentation, she said " That's not how it's done. ''
