I am submitting another complaint against MCA Management previous complaint number XXXX ). The alleged debt MCA is ruining my financial reputation for, was never validated by me, the Consumer! Per Federal law, the Consumer is the only one who can validate an alleged debt! Not even a COURT OF LAW CAN DO SUCH. I have disputed several times and yet they continue collection activity. I have sent multiple validation letters since XXXX and they have never provided any permissible purpose for this alleged debt. They have not provided documentary evidence of an agreement between their Company and myself indicating that I gave them the express written consent to access my nonpublic personal information, or furnish ANYTHING to my credit without my consent! They don't possess such authority. They claim the laws I have cited do not apply to them which is FALSE! They are governed by the FCRA and FDCPA, and these laws do in fact apply to them. Additionally, if this transaction is FACTUAL ( which has not been proven ) it STILL should not be on Consumer report! The law says just that! Factual non public personal information SHOULD not be furnished to my Consumer report without my consent. Transactions are considered non public personal information. There is nothing in the FCRA or FCDPA that says they can furnish ANYTHING on my behalf without my permission! I decide what goes on my Consumer report, not them, or any CRA! 15 USC says that my report is to be fair and equittable to me, the Consumer. What they are doing is unlawful and it needs to be addressed properly. They can not provide me with any proof that they are lawfully operating in accordance with the FCRA and FDCPA. Additionally, they claim this debt is mine, and was not paid but what probable evidence do they have indicating such? None whatsoever. They are using unfair, extortionate means to attempt collecting on alleged debt which against the law and my rights as a Consumer. They have broken the law! And them hanging up in my face, continually and then blocking my number for exercising my RIGHTS was uncalled for. I put the BURDEN OF PROOF on them and it obviously intimidated then. How is it harrasment to call and demand answers for why they are attempting to ruin my financial reputation. They are a debt collector which means they are governed by the FCRA AND FDCPA, yet they refuse to follow the law. They even told me, they don't have to follow any of the laws I've indicated which is false! I have attached the letter and email sent back in XXXX requesting disputing alleged debt as incorrect, and requesting validation.
