My credit karma card was locked because they suspected fraud nothing that I called in personally something they said I signed up for but I was unaware. I only use my card once a month..on XX/XX/XXXX when my money is normally available on my account I tried using my card at the XXXX gas station on XXXX in XXXX Virginia it was declined because I entered the wrong pin.I changed my pin thru the app I tried to get gas it declined once again I get an email saying someone was trying to withdraw XXXX $ from my card so I kind of ignored it cause Im standing at the gas pump trying to get gas with my card in hand. I knew that email wont the truth.Next I went to XXXX and try to buy a couple of items my card declined once again thats was the final draw so I called CREDIT KARMA to see what was going on thats when they transferred me to the fraud department Im like fraud so when someone from the fraud department get on the phone she demanded I answer questions about something I knew wont no fraud attempt and treated me as if I was the fraudster. I refused and linked my cashapp card and used that until my card was cleared fast forward to the day b4 my expected deposit which was the XXXX of XXXX I called again to clear the suspected fraud transaction after I cleared them the agent told me she was unlocking my card I hung up phone on her.The XXXX come my account is still locked and no deposits available on my account so I called back they tried telling me three times that my account was unlocked but clearly it wont because I can see from my online account that it wasnt. I informed her I could see that it wont unlocked and I asked to speak with a supervisor she put me on hold as if she was looking for a supervisor she got back on the phone and said there was no supervisor on the floor at the time so she will help me then boom my account is unlocked I said thank you miss but I have one more question? WHEN WILL MY TWO DEPOSITS IM EXPECTING TODAY WILL BE AVAILABLE ON MY ACCOUNT SHE ASKED THE AMOUNT WHICH I TOLD HER SHE SAID YES I SEE THEM IT CAN BE ANYTIME TODAY JUST KEEP CHECKING UNTIL END of day which I did as well as call every two hours just for other reps to tell me they did not see them here it is the XXXX XXXX am and still the same thing.PLS HELP ME WITH THIS SITUATION ITS NOT FAIR IM A SINGLE MOTHER OF XXXX CHILDREN AND ONE ON THE WAY MY TV IS OFF BECAUSE OF THIS MY KIDS HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO DO THEIR SCHOOL ON tHE COMPUTER BECAUSE THERES NO INTERNET I HAVE NO FOOD AND NO HELP
