Around XXXX XXXX, I got an email about suspicions activity going around in my account. So I contacted wells fargo to dispute the transactions. The next day I saw that someone did a wire transfer without my authorization and linked a XXXX XXXX card with my debit card which I never did. I lost about XXXX dollars and I claim to wells fargo about fraud activity going on I waited for weeks for all the claims I have submitted but I was denied and they believed that I did the transaction or someone I know did the transaction. I told them all the time that this was not me because if it was me I would not be contacting them or making my XXXX complaint under the CFPB. I never installed XXXX XXXX or never went towards those locations and I want them to investigate the atm withdrawals that happened because if they can check who took out money they qould know because this was not me. I am furious because they have not helped me and also told me to go to the bank and talk to a banker only to tell me that they cant do anything. I have already file a police report as well to get to the bottom of this.
