I moved out of my apartment complex and received a move out statement about 1.5 months later. I disputed this bill and requested an investigation in writing ( as instructed by the apartment complex ) and followed up over 3 times. The complex ignored my communication attempts and sent me a " 2nd notice '' statement 131 days after receiving my initial move out statement. I then sent a certified letter once again stating my intentions at investigating and resolving the issue. The complex received, signed, and ignored my letter. **Please see the attached certified letter and emails for a full explanation of the situation** Four months after sending my letter, I received a call from collections ; however, I never received any written documentation from collections. I have two separate complaints : 1. The apartment 's calculated and purposeful lack of communication, as well as their lack of " investigation '' feedback as promised. 2.
