A company called " XXXXXXXX XXXX '' is continuing to charge my Capital One Cabela 's account card ending in XXXX. I disputed the charges totaling all told ... {$360.00} with a Capital one Customer Service agent who promised that they would be removed and my account credited. He further stated I would receive a new card and any new charges by " XXXXXXXX XXXX '' would be denied. However, Capital one says they can not " find evidence of any fraud '' .. and put the charges back on. He further told me that Capital One would mail me a new card ( which they haven't done ). I am a XXXX Veteran and I called XXXXXXXX XXXX and asked for them to discontinue charging my card THREE TIMES and they agreed several months ago yet the charges keep happening to the tune of {$40.00} every month. Capital one is refusing to refund me charges that are fraudulent. XXXX XXXX, although has access to MY card and is on the account as an authorized used ... .states she did NOT authorize these charges either. She authorized {$40.00} ONE TIME quite some time ago but XXXX XXXX keeps charging every month. They even put the interest back on for each charge. This is unacceptable. I have frozen my card at Capital one but am afraid they are going to continue to let " XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX' charge me frauduletly. Please help me fight this. Thank you .... Also Capital one sent me email .... addressing me as XXXX XXXX... I am NOT XXXX XXXX... I am XXXX XXXX XXXX and this is my account SOLELY. XXXX XXXX XXXX... I AM THE OWNER OF THIS ACCOUNT SOLELY LEGALLY.
