PHH allowed my home to go to foreclosure without paying the documentary stamp taxes and they did not pay the intangible taxes. As such it is illegal in Florida for them to take my house to sale. They were supposed to record the loan modification and the doc stamps and intangible taxes on the increase of the loan modification.
