From XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX I was under the Covid 19 forbearance. No negative information was reported during such time. My loan servicer changed from XXXX to XXXX within that time. XXXX requested I pay the deferred forbearance loan upfront. I informed XXXX that I was unable to pay the deferred amount but since my loan was under Covid 19 forbearance Id like proceed with the loan modification. Once again no negative information was reported at such time. In XX/XX/XXXX I was informed to complete paperwork to process the loan modification which required 3 payments of {$2200.00} for the months of XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX. All payments were made and received by XX/XX/XXXX and the loan modification was processed. After the last payment was in XXXX for the month of XXXX, XXXX reported my account deliquent to the credit bureaus on XX/XX/XXXX. First payment under the modification is due XX/XX/XXXX. My complaint is that XXXX reported my account deliquent which caused my credit score to drop over XXXX points. I've disputed the information with the credit bureau to which they reported only the information has been updated to include the trial payment but all else will remain on my account. Also I do need to report that while making the 3 trial payment XXXX also sent me a few letters stating that my account was facing possible forclosure if the forbearance balance was not cleared. I disputed the information with XXXX via phone to which countless representatives informed me to ignore the letters as it was standard process. However these letters still were being recieved on my end and I felt in danger of losing my house. I reported XXXX to the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX services. XXXX quickly responded to XXXX in which they expressed mistakes on their part.
