This complaint is continued from case XXXX. I noticed the screenshot didn't add showing the unvalidated account XXXX was removed from XXXX and different balance from Transunion and XXXX.The account is NOT verified how can they continue to do this? FCRA requires the unverified item to be removed. XXXX was unable to verify Transunion and XXXX unable to verify and reporting two different balances. The company is attempting to re-age the debt by changing balances.. I will update screenshot showing balance from my credit monitoring app. Below is a complaint from XXXX My recent CFPB case was XXXX. It was closed without Transunion abiding by the The Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. I have sent several requests by regular mail and certified mail and submitted the CFPB complaint.There aren't any receipts for regular mail I will attach the receipts for mail sent certified.I will attach last letter sent to Transunion. Transunion has STILL failed to provide me information I requested they used to validate this alleged debt.Before I submitted the last CFPB request they responded in another language. They did not respond at all from the CFPB complaint by mail.I need legal proof not a response of verified. I have submitted disputes in the past I have never requested another language. I received responses in XXXX only. Account : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Account : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. This account should be deleted they have NOT validated this account. Simply stating verified is NOT validation. How is it they are validating this account and XXXX could not? I attached the same documents to show Transunion previously sent me a response in a language I don't understand.This was a stall attempt.
