i have reported this account as fraud to the company affirm, I've file police report, FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION identity theft reports, and they still refused to remove this fraudulent account from my credit file. when i called the company, they said they would remove it, but the have not. Now they are reporting it as a Charge Off because I have disputed this account on several occasions knowingly it will be difficult to have it removed. If need be I will take legal actions to have it removed!!
