There is an account that was reported on my XXXX credit report for XXXX XXXX. This account was opened on XX/XX/2016. I have disputed this charge multiple times as we do not owe this false charge, however the charge continues to re-appear on my credit report. This charge has been bought out by several different agencies. XXXX XXXX was not authorized to charge me and all balances were paid in full upon closing our account with XXXX. We have contacted XXXX XXXX several times attempting to settle this matter directly with them but XXXX refuses to make any changes. I will go to all measures necessary to ensure this is made right and the charge is dropped.
