PHH mortgage is not helping me, I have tried working things out with them but they are very difficult to deal with, I fear I will lose my house to them. Please Help!!!! I was given a loan modification during pandemic, since I had lost my job due to COVID, I couldn't pay my mortgage trial payment and this turned out to be a disaster ever since, I later got to know that PHH was giving out trial payment extensions but they never called me to give me the trial payment extension. Now I have been trying to get a loan modification again through them but they say that my property value has increased and they can't give me another loan modification, I request you to please help me, I am ok with the same terms that were approved last time, Now my business is doing well and I will be able to make regular mortgage payments.
