I have a {$1000.00} Line of Credit with Grain Technology. Opened XX/XX/XXXX. I paid it off on XX/XX/XXXX ( {$920.00} ). Later, there was a fee or some left over interest of {$7.00}, which was paid on XX/XX/XXXX. Grain is reporting late payments to XXXX. Showing 30 days late in XX/XX/XXXX and 60 days late in XX/XX/XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX - I was assessed an Annual Fee charge of {$80.00} XX/XX/XXXX - Interest charge of XXXX cents is assessed XX/XX/XXXX - Late fee of {$1.00} is assessed ( They are in control of pulling payments ) XX/XX/XXXX - {$1.00} payment is pulled from my bank account On XX/XX/XXXX, Grain increased my credit line to {$1200.00}. ( The day before this, an amount of {$1.00} was pulled from my bank account to pay this charge.. not sure what this was for.. but understood it was legitimate. XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, on my Grain XXXX, I was asked to upload a copy of my Social Security Card. I don't have this ( lost ), so I uploaded a picture of my U.S.A. Passport. App is locked until my identity is properly verified. XX/XX/XXXX - Interest charge of XXXX cents is assessed XX/XX/XXXX - {$1.00} late fee is assessed XX/XX/XXXX - {$1.00} payment is pulled from my bank account XX/XX/XXXX - Interest charge of XXXX cents is assessed XX/XX/XXXX - {$1.00} late fee is assessed XX/XX/XXXX - {$1.00} payment is pulled from my bank account On XX/XX/XXXX, the day I noticed the late payment being reported, I emailed Customer Support. Auto- reply from Grain followed on XX/XX/XXXX. Still can't open app, says it's trying to verify my identity. On XX/XX/XXXX - still no direct response from Grain. I emailed again on XX/XX/XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX - Interest charge of XXXX cents is assessed XX/XX/XXXX - {$1.00} late fee is assessed XX/XX/XXXX - {$1.00} payment is pulled from my bank account On XX/XX/XXXX - still no direct response from Grain. I emailed again on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX - I receive an alarming email stating I am being reported as 60 days late and am at risk of DEFAULTING. Still can't open app, says it's trying to verify my identity. On this day, I finally receive email communication from a human. She says she is looking into this and will follow-up. XX/XX/XXXX - still no response. I am now able to open the Grain XXXX it states they couldn't verify my identity and have refunded the {$80.00} annual fee, that they charged my on XX/XX/XXXX. It appears my Grain line of credit has been pulled, as it shows I have no availability. It also shows I owe them {$25.00} ( not sure why ). Bottom line, I want these credit reporting errors corrected ASAP. I just tried to pay the {$25.00}, but it's saying that my auto payment for this is scheduled for XX/XX/XXXX. I will be closing this account as soon as I can get someone to do so at this company. My bank is still connected to them to pull this final amount.
