I have contacted Equifax Credit Information Services several times this year 2022 and most recently on XX/XX/2022 to inquire about Equifax not reporting my secured credit card and secured loan with XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, TX. XXXX on XXXX XXXX XXXX. These accounts have been opened since XX/XX/2022. And Equifax refused to report these accounts on my credit report. The last Confirmation number I was given by a representative at Equifax is XXXX, and XXXX. I have mailed copies of the statements of these accounts to Equifax and have called and Equifax continues to not report my pay history and the existence of these accounts on my Credit Bureau report. Equifax is intentionally not reporting these two secured accounts on my credit report. In which is inadvertently affecting my credit score. The secured master card has a limit of {$300.00} and the secured loan has a limit of {$500.00}.
