They have violated my rights and have violate the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Despite several written requests, the unverified items listed below still remain on my credit report in violation of Federal Law. They are required under the FCRA to verify that this information is mine and is correct. In the results of their first investigation and subsequent reinvestigation, they stated in writing that they verified that these items are being reported correctly ; but have not provided a reasonable method of verification as required under Section 611 ( a ) ( 7 ). To date, they have NOT provided me a copy of ANY documentation. They are in violations of the following listed below : 15 U.S.C 1691 section 602a-states I have the right to privacy 15 U.S.C 1691 section 604a section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my instructions. 15 U.S.C 1692 c : States No Communications without the prior consent of the consumer 15 U.S.C 1692 b : States No Communication without the prior consent of the consumer given directly to the debt collector FCRA Act Section 611 States : gives me the right to request an explanation of the verification method you used. FACTA act, SEC 312 ( b ) and ( c ) : States to provide Verifiable Proof ( This should be hard evidence that goes all the way back to the original creditor, not verification from a third-party database. )
