I had damages to my home and my insurance co sent a check for the repairs but had my name and my mortgage company name ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ). The check was sent to mortgage company on XX/XX/XXXX. No one called me from the mortgage company until I heard from the contract and we reached out to the mortgage company on XX/XX/XXXX and was told to email the documents over. I called back the next day and was told they never got it and to fax it over er XXXX. Never heard anything back so I called on XX/XX/XXXX and spoke with XXXX and she said they never got the forms ( W9 and insurance estimates and apologize and asked that i fax it to her. She said that she would get the check escalated and overnighted to contracted on that Monday XX/XX/XXXX. I waited and waited and the contracted never got the check so I called today XX/XX/XXXX and spoke to XXXX and he said that no other calls have been recorded and the information that I faxed and emailed to get my check endorsed they have and now he is telling me that he has to start the process again. I am an elderly lady and this is killing my nerves. He is also telling me that I have to have an inspection that will take another week or 2 before they release the check. I need HELP.
