This is not my bill. If it is, no one has contacted me. Reporting on my credit report like I'm missing monthly payments and no such arrangements have been made. They are sending mail to a relatives house who has tried to send back and they keep returning. Did they do an inquiry on my credit report for that address that I used while trying to gain employment in XXXX? Today they reported I missed a payment and my already poor score dropped drastically. This has to be illegal for this collection company to be doing this. The XXXX complaint I went ahead and paid what my insurance company should have paid. I asked them to delete this record and they refused to. This is a medical collection that exposed my visit to them ... does this not violate HIPPA Laws?
