I went into the office XXXX XXXX spoke with kierra stating that I needed a notice to vacate. I am a current resident under section 8. In order for us to move we have to have a notice to vacate. XXXX gave me notice I have the copy. In XXXX I also had several inspections that failed to meet the requirements do to liberty commons maintenance not fixing them. So the inspector told me I have 10 business days to let them know will I be staying or leaving. I decide to move. On XXXX XXXX I started moving all my things from XXXX XXXX I sleep there an I return my keys on XX/XX/2022. I have copies an cameras seeing me load the truck and leaving an turning the keys in. I received a letter in XXXX stating I owe them for XXXX rent an XXXX. Section 8 pays all my rent. So I met with XXXX an she was upset so I ask could I have the manager number. An they was going give me a call next business day to look at there cameras. No one call so I email the manger no one got back. Sent out all the paper showing I didnt owe that money an im study trying to get charged
