Complaint XXXX failed to address my concerns and issues. I was denied credit after applying for an extension of credit from Capital One on XX/XX/2022, twice on XX/XX/2022 and XX/XX/2022, which are violations of 15 USC 1601, 15 USC 1611 and 15 USC 1691 ( a ) ( 3 ). Credit is my right as a consumer, which means that I can not be denied credit. Inquiries ( both soft and hard ) are proof that a payment ( credit transaction ) has been received by the Federal Reserve that is intended for the consumer. The transaction was already completed after the credit application was fulfilled. Capital One only benefitted from the consumer credit transaction, not me. Clear violations of the above mentioned Federal Statutes that they have strongly denied violating, while also requesting proof, when clearly the inquiry, denial and their response is enough proof that they have violated these Federal Statutes.
