I have had a lease set up with koalifi. At the beginning of the lease I was not allowed to make payments I contacted the company and the timer had not started yet. Then I was allowed to make payments. I continued making the payments until I got the number low enough to some thing I could pay off in one lump sum. I contacted the company to pay off the loan. After I was hung up on a few times I finally got through to somebody and they informed me that I had missed the deadline. I was never formally given the deadline. I have paid {$2300.00} of a {$2700.00} loan. Im ready to pay the remaining XXXX but instead they want XXXX and thats criminal for being five days late
