When I requested the debt to be verified they forwarded documentation from XXXX XXXX with the date listed as opened on XX/XX/XXXX and that it has been in collections since XX/XX/XXXX, but been past due since XX/XX/XXXX. There's XXXX conflicting dates on the documentation forwarded to me in their attempt to verify this debt. By law they are required to report accurate information and that's not being done.
