Complaint XXXX was unable to fully resolve my issues and concerns. I communicated with XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX regarding a consumer credit transaction without a down payment for XXXX XXXX XXXX . I asked representative XXXX XXXX does XXXX participate in the Truth in Lending Act and after verifying, she confirmed yes. Afterwards, she stated that a down payment of {$12000.00} would be required to be financed by Exeter ( violations of 15 USC 1601, 15 USC 1662 and 15 USC 1691 ( a ) ( 3 ) ). Credit is my right as a consumer, which means that I can not be denied credit. Inquiries ( both soft and hard ) are proof that a payment ( credit transaction ) has been received by the Federal Reserve that is intended for the consumer. The transaction was already completed after the credit application was fulfilled. Exeter only benefitted from the credit transaction, not me. Clear violations of the above mentioned Federal Statutes that they have strongly denied violating, while also requesting proof, when clearly the inquiry and their response is enough proof that they have violated these Federal Statutes.
