credit card account was opened in my name fraudulently. XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX refuses to remove from my credit bureau and told me that I had to have it removed, putting the burden on me as a consumer, for something they did. XXXX statement is attached, along with most of the paper trail of this banks actions and non-action. I checked the reviews for this bank, and it appears, this bank has been opening fraudulent account for a couple of years now. I don't understand how this bank is being allowed to chronically break so many banking regulations and they are still getting away with there actions.
