I sent out a validation letter to validate the information and there was nothing sent for me to validate. I was never given the initial investigation on this matter to even dispute it in the first place. I have nothing in writing to validate that this alleged debt belongs to me. In pursuant to UCC 3-302 I am requesting the original security signed by me providing you the right to collect on this account. Until you provide me this information you are to cease and desist all communication and collection activities including credit reporting and criminal activity with the postal system unless it is dealing with any request I have made. Also, XXXX out the balance to XXXX dollars leaving me with no responsibility for the alleged debt. If nothing is done within 15 days I will proceed with this matter further.
